Kael Time
Your advice did well for Vashj, the key for us being putting dot classes on the elementals. I've read all the strats. What things have you learned that helped you on Kael? I can't wait to step foot in Hyjal.

A simple rule for my guild is to not let your HP get to zero.
Phase 1 - "pewpew advisers", don't get hit by Thaladred. Don't pull aggro from the warlock tank.
Phase 2 - "omg aoe" Get the weapons down via aoe and single target dps. Make sure every class loots what they need.
Phase 3 - "pewpew advisers" We go Thaladred->Telonicus->Sanguinar->Capernian. Melee dps does not touch Thaladred.
Phase 4 "omg Kael" DPS Kael, kill the phoenix eggs fast.
Phase 5 "easy mode" Stay away from each other in the air, kill eggs.

Phase 1 = Easy.
Kite Thaladred, do your aboslute best to keep him in the middle, kill him as close to the middle as possible.
Sanguinar = Tank & spank. Nothing special there.
Telonicus = tank & spank. Easy sauce. Use free action pots if tanks or important healers get remote toy. Most dps classes can afford to ignore it.
Capernian = Easy. MD to warlock tank in the far back. Max range it, mellee stay out. Use a tank to soak conflags.
Phase 2 = AOE fest. All ranged kill bow first, hunter do your best to tank it facing away from the raid. As the weapons are about to die, have the tank pull it slightly away from the clusterf*ck to make it easier to loot. Keep devastate away from the AOE pack. There's position images to show you the best way to tank everything. Positioning is key, since with good positions, it makes the phase much easier.
Phase 3 = Wipe up phase 2 leftovers. Everyone besides the advisor tanks, healers and staff users should finish off the weapons.
We put all ranged on thaladred except hunters. All mellee + hunters on telonicus (hunter legendary bow = bonus melee damage). Kill them both... when Telo is dead, hunters help finish off Thaladred if he's not dead. Then all on Sanguinar. Then all ranged max range Capernian, she goes down easy.
By the time phase 4 starts, at the very least, you want Sanguinar dead. After he dies, send your MT to wait on Kael's release + his assigned staffer, healers and mage for counterspell.
Phase 4 is the trickiest, you gotta control shock barrier pyroblasts. Make sure you have a good tank for the phoenixes. These are your priorites for damage: Shock barrier->Phoenix egg->Kael'thas. If the shock barrier is there, it's gotta come down with dps asap, because you can't interrupt the pyroblast when its up. When the egg spawns, you gotta kill it asap, because having 2 phoenixs up can create a problem. Don't forget to have people assigned to break mc's!
If you get to phase 5, it's practically a kill. You can get this far, you can get through phase 5.
One final note, make sure everyone who is going to be breaking Mind Controls has max dagger skill. Most guilds have at least 1 person that goes 'Shit! I only have 25 daggers!'. Since most of the time it's a warrior breaking the MC's, they don't typically use daggers very much.
